No Refund If Service Is Working: Refunds are ONLY provided if our service is not working properly. If the service is functioning correctly, no refund will be issued.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If our service is not working properly within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.
Conditions:
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Service must not be working due to technical issues on our end
- Multiple accounts or subscription abuse will be excluded
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted if:
- Service is not working due to technical issues on our servers
- Majority of channels are not accessible
- Payment was processed incorrectly or duplicated
- Service was unable to be activated within 48 hours
3. When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Service is working properly on your end
- Individual channels are offline (content provider issues)
- Service interruptions due to your internet or equipment
- Channels removed by content providers (force majeure)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after 7 days
- You simply no longer want the service
4. ONE-TIME Payment Policy
Important: All Airtek TV plans are ONE-TIME payments.
- NO recurring monthly charges
- NO automatic renewal
- Service expires at the end of your selected period
- You must manually renew if you wish to continue
- Your card will NOT be charged again automatically
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
