Drogon TV Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Drogon TV offers a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. During the free trial period, you have full access to all channels and features. No charges are applied until you choose to subscribe.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 48 hours of first payment — Full refund available if you have not exceeded 2 hours of streaming time.
• Technical issues — If Drogon TV is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to server issues on our end, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
• Duplicate payments — Accidental duplicate charges will always be fully refunded within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• After 48 hours of subscription activation with normal usage
• If your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• Dissatisfaction with content availability in your region (please use the free trial to verify content availability before subscribing)
• Internet connectivity issues on the customer's end

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact Us page. Include your account email, subscription start date, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Drogon TV subscription at any time from your account dashboard at drogontv.tv/app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all channels until your subscription expires.
