Drogon TV Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drogon TV, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Drogon TV is an IPTV streaming service providing access to 24,000+ live channels including sports, movies, news, entertainment, and international content. The service is delivered via internet stream to compatible devices including Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, and MAG boxes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current account information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

Your Drogon TV subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. Each subscription allows streaming on up to 2 simultaneous devices unless a multi-connection plan is purchased.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the service for commercial purposes or public broadcast.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent any technical protection measures.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against our infrastructure.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard at drogontv.tv/app. See our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

7. Service Availability

Drogon TV aims to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or network outages beyond our control may temporarily affect service. We are not liable for interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Drogon TV is protected by copyright. You may not record, download, redistribute, or rebroadcast any content. Unauthorized use of streamed content may violate copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drogon TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
